The Honest Part

What if you already know what to do?

You already have the goal. So what's actually in the way? Most of the time it isn't that you don't know where you're going. It's that you can't see the most efficient way to get there, or you keep getting stuck in your own head about it.

That's where we come in. We help you cut through the noise, find the next step that actually matters, and get out of your own way so you can do the things you already know you need to do.

Allen Weaver focused on the work

Most owners are working one of
these two buckets.

Too small to hold the growth

More is coming in than your systems, your team, or your time can hold. So it spills.

Leaking faster than you fill it

You keep pouring in effort, but it drains out the holes, the follow-ups nobody owns.

We help you build a bucket that holds, the right size, no leaks, so the growth you work for actually stays.

Three Ways to Do the Work

Find the path that fits where you are.

One on One

1:1 Business Consulting

One owner. One hour a week. All-in partnership. For the owner who needs someone to sit across from them and tell them the truth -- not a PDF. A real conversation, every week.

The Philosophy Behind the Work

Four words that run everything we do.

Not a framework from a book. The pattern I kept seeing in every high-performing person I've worked alongside, and in every person who hit a wall and had to rebuild.

01

NO

Saying no is a skill. Most business owners say yes to everything because they're afraid of what no costs them. The ones who grow fastest learn to say no first.

02

EGO

Ego isn't confidence. Confidence listens; ego closes ears. This work doesn't go anywhere unless you stay open.

03

STAY

Consistency isn't glamorous. It's showing up when you don't feel like it and trusting that the work compounds. That's what separates people who build something that holds.

04

HUMBLE

There's no finish line. The version of yourself that gets you to $500K can't get you to $1M. Personal development isn't a phase you graduate out of. It's the path.

What Clients Say

The words I didn't write myself.

He pushed me toward goals higher than I'd set for myself and held me accountable -- never overbearing, just a real partner in my corner. The biggest thing I got wasn't sales. It was more time with my family without sacrificing performance.

The greatest benefit was gaining clarity around what I truly wanted to accomplish, and a structured roadmap to get there. That clarity has had a lasting impact -- not just on my career, but on my whole approach to personal growth.

I have been coaching with Allen for the past year and I have learned a lot about myself. I love how Allen allows the creative questions and subjects to flow as that helps tap into the authenticity behind the goals. Allen will prompt with questions that are open ended and encouraged me to self discover areas that I needed to evolve from as well as some that didn't suit me either! Through coaching I was able to better identify and prioritize challenges and goals to keep me moving toward my goals in a realistic way.

When I began my coaching journey I was unsure of what to expect. Would I get along with my coach? Would I have similar beliefs and a set of core values that are the same? Jess did an excellent job asking me discovery questions and getting me lined up with Allen who not only was an excellent coach, but also became a close friend. The best word to describe Allen is positive. Every call he pours 110% of himself into what the discussion is about. He always can take whatever situation you may find yourself in and break it down into the steps needed for success. But how he does this is not what you'd think. Allen leads you to the answer by asking questions to figure out what steps are needed to be done in order for success to be the result. In asking these questions, you learn a lot about yourself in your responses. You realize that some of the answers or solutions you knew, you just didn't know how to arrive there, and that's what Allen provides. When you have a coach in your life who is able to come at situations with a completely objective point of view it makes a big difference. You can bounce ideas off someone who is strictly looking at the facts of the situation and develop a game plan from there. My biggest take aways from coaching are mindset, Self-Discipline, and Self-Talk. Allen can help you utilize these skills by casting a vision of what you want your career/life to look like. What you want to achieve and by when. Transforming your thought process is a task that is best done with an accountability partner, or coach. Allen provided the necessary encouragement and accountability to allow me to take myself from where I was. To a point that was past where I thought was attainable for me. The positive impact of this on professional and personal life was tremendous. If you are considering professional coaching, I would highly recommend Southwestern Consulting and Allen Weaver. If you approach coaching with a tremendous amount of humility. Followed up by self-awareness and dedication, and the ability to allow change to transform you. The investment is more than worth it!

Working with my life coach has been one of the most meaningful and truly lifechanging decisions I've ever made. When I first started, I felt scattered -- pulled in different directions and unsure how to make sense of everything I was thinking and feeling. He stepped into that chaos with patience, clarity, and compassion, helping me navigate my thoughts, untangle the noise, and understand myself on a deeper level. He didn't just give me direction -- he helped me find it within myself. Through our conversations, he guided me toward clarity about what truly matters, helping me uncover perspectives and truths I hadn't been able to see on my own. That kind of support goes far beyond coaching. Somewhere along the way, what began as a professional relationship grew into a genuine friendship. He became someone I trust -- someone who listens without judgment, challenges me when I need it, and believes in me even on the days when I struggle to believe in myself. Because of our work together, I'm a more grounded, confident, and selfaware version of myself. I'm clearer on who I am, where I'm going, and what I want for my life. I'm deeply grateful for the impact he's had on me, both personally and emotionally. I couldn't recommend him more highly to anyone searching for direction, clarity, or a true partner in their growth.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs: What people ask before they start.

What does Nesh Consulting do?

Nesh Consulting provides weekly business consulting for small business owners and their teams. Allen Weaver works with owners one-on-one to close the gap between knowing what needs to change and actually doing it. Sessions follow a structured format and include between-session support.

Why isn't knowing the plan enough to grow my business?

Most business owners know what needs to happen. The gap is not information -- it is follow-through and honest self-accountability. Without a structured weekly conversation with someone outside your business, the hard decisions are easy to postpone. That is the specific problem Nesh Consulting is built to solve.

How much does business consulting with Allen Weaver cost?

1:1 business consulting with Nesh Consulting starts at $400 per month for one weekly session or $800 per month for two weekly sessions. Team consulting starts at $1,000 to $1,500 per month for teams of up to five. A free business readiness assessment helps determine the right starting point.

Is Nesh Consulting only for Iowa business owners?

No. Allen Weaver is based in Norwalk, Iowa, in the Des Moines area, but works with business owners nationally via Zoom. Team consulting sessions can also be conducted in-person for Iowa-based clients.

How do I know which offer is right for me?

The free business readiness assessment on the Nesh Consulting website scores you across Structure, Craft, Support, and the Story You Tell Yourself, through 12 questions in about five minutes. The results direct you to the offer that fits your current stage, with no pitch at the end.
